Refund Policy

Effective date: September 21, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Burnout Breakthrough digital educational workshop offered by Colibri Magic, LLC (“Colibri Magic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All Sales Are Final

All Burnout Breakthrough purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges after a purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law.

Burnout Breakthrough is a digital educational workshop. Purchase provides one year of access beginning on the purchase date. Because digital access and workshop materials are made available after purchase, the no-refund policy applies regardless of the reason for the request, including if you:

access or begin the Workshop;
complete all or part of the Workshop;
download any available materials;
do not access, begin, complete, or use all or part of the Workshop during the access period;
change your mind or experience a change in priorities, schedule, business needs, leadership, budget, or financial circumstances;
determine that the Workshop does not fit your preferences or circumstances;
are dissatisfied with the Workshop content, format, or delivery method;
do not achieve a particular personal, professional, wellbeing, or business outcome;
experience technical difficulties, provided that we will use reasonable efforts to help resolve verified access or delivery problems;
voluntarily stop using the Workshop or request account closure;
lose access because you violated the Terms and Conditions; or
are affected by a permitted change to the Workshop, future pricing, or our policies.

No Subscription Cancellation or Proration

Burnout Breakthrough is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring plan to cancel and no prorated refund for stopping use before the end of the one-year access period. If you voluntarily stop using the Workshop, your purchase remains final. Unless you request account closure or access is terminated under the Terms and Conditions, access may remain available until the end of the one-year period.

Workshop Changes and Access Termination

Colibri Magic may update the Workshop's structure, content, technology, platform, or delivery method to maintain quality, relevance, security, accessibility, operations, or legal compliance. A permitted modification does not create a right to compensation, a credit, or a refund. We will not use this provision to eliminate the material substance of the purchased Workshop without providing a reasonable alternative where applicable law requires one.

If access is suspended or terminated because of account sharing, unauthorized reproduction or redistribution, fraud, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or another violation of the Terms and Conditions, no refund or credit will be issued except where required by law.

Future price changes, discounts, promotions, or special offers do not alter completed purchases and do not create a right to a refund, credit, or price adjustment.

Billing or Access Problems

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, the charge was unauthorized, or you did not receive the access you purchased, email [email protected] promptly. Include your name, purchase email, order date, and a description of the issue.

Colibri Magic will review reported billing and delivery issues. A review or correction of a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or verified failure to deliver purchased access does not create a general right to a refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve a legitimate billing or access issue. Filing a false or improper payment dispute may result in suspension of Workshop access and the submission of purchase, access, and communication records to the payment provider, as permitted by law.

Nothing in this Policy limits any right that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy prospectively. The version in effect when you complete your purchase will apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
