Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 21, 2026

Colibri Magic, LLC (“Colibri Magic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with the Burnout Breakthrough digital educational workshop, our landing pages, checkout, course-access experience, and related communications (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy is written for a United States audience. The Services are educational and do not provide medical care, mental health care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services.

Contact information

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and other contact information that you submit through a landing-page form, checkout, registration form, or direct communication.

Purchase and transaction information

When you make a purchase, we may collect or receive records such as the product selected, purchase status, payment amount, billing information, transaction identifiers, access status, and information needed for customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Payment information

Payment information is submitted through GoHighLevel and the payment processor used at checkout. Full payment-card details are handled by payment processors and are not stored directly by Colibri Magic unless our payment configuration changes. Payment processors handle payment data under their own privacy notices and terms.

Communications and content you provide

We may collect questions, support requests, feedback, survey responses, testimonials, and other information you choose to send us. Please do not submit payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through ordinary email or free-text forms.

Workshop and account information

We may collect enrollment, account, course-access, completion, support, and related records needed to provide and administer Burnout Breakthrough.

Device, log, and usage information

When you use the Services, we and our providers may automatically collect information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages or features used, approximate location derived from Internet Protocol address, dates and times, and cookie or similar identifiers.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect personal information directly from you when you submit a form, purchase Burnout Breakthrough, create or use an account, contact us, or otherwise communicate with us. We may collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies. We may also receive transaction, enrollment, delivery, support, and usage information from providers that help us operate the Services, including GoHighLevel, payment processors, course-delivery providers, email or messaging providers, analytics providers, and hosting providers.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, administer, maintain, and improve Burnout Breakthrough and the related customer experience;
  • process purchases, maintain transaction records, provide course access, and deliver requested materials;
  • communicate about enrollment, access, support, security, policy changes, and other service-related matters;
  • send marketing or promotional emails when permitted by law;
  • understand use of the Services, measure performance, and diagnose technical issues;
  • protect our customers, the Services, and Colibri Magic from fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
  • enforce our agreements and policies; and
  • comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential purchase, access, security, or support communications.

4. Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember settings, understand performance, measure engagement, and improve content. Some technologies may be placed by providers that help us host pages, operate forms, process checkout, provide analytics, or deliver the Services.

You can control certain cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect the availability or operation of some features. Where required by applicable law, we will provide applicable privacy choices and honor legally required browser-based opt-out preference signals.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Services, including GoHighLevel, payment processors, hosting providers, course-delivery providers, communications providers, analytics providers, customer-support providers, and professional advisers;
  • Payment processors that process payment information submitted through checkout;
  • Legal, safety, and compliance recipients when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, or enforce an agreement;
  • Business-transfer recipients in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar transaction; and
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

Service providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us or on our behalf, subject to their applicable agreements and legal obligations.

6. SMS and Mobile Information

Participation in any Burnout Breakthrough text-message program is optional. Providing a mobile number alone does not enroll you in text messages.

We send enrollment or course-access texts only after you affirmatively opt in to that category. We send promotional texts only after we obtain separate affirmative written consent. Promotional SMS consent is not a condition of purchase, enrollment, or course access.

Mobile information, including mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to messaging providers, telecommunications providers, and other service providers as needed to operate or secure the messaging program, honor communication choices, or comply with law.

Our SMS Terms govern text-message enrollment, frequency, message and data rates, HELP, and opt-out procedures.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. The retention period depends on the nature of the information, our relationship with you, legal and accounting obligations, fraud-prevention needs, dispute-resolution needs, and the operation of the Services. We may retain information in de-identified or aggregated form where permitted by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting any account credentials or access links provided to you.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable state privacy law covers our processing, you may have rights to request access to or confirmation of personal information we process, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion. You may also have the right to opt out of certain processing, such as a legally defined sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, when those activities occur and the law applies.

To submit a privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Identify the request, the name and email associated with your interaction with us, and your state of residence. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your information. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If a request is subject to an appeal right and is denied, you may request an internal review by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

If our processing becomes subject to a requirement to provide a sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or sensitive-information choice, we will make the required choice available. This Policy does not characterize any processing as a “sale” or “sharing” where those terms have a specific legal definition.

11. International Visitors

The Services are intended for a United States audience. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other places where our providers operate. Those places may have privacy laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not control. This Policy does not govern those third parties. Review their privacy notices before providing information to them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or applicable law. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
