SMS Terms for Burnout Breakthrough

These SMS Terms govern the optional Burnout Breakthrough text-message program operated by Colibri Magic, LLC (“Colibri Magic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Participation is optional. These SMS Terms do not change the separate Terms and Conditions that apply to the Burnout Breakthrough workshop.
1. Program Scope
The SMS program may provide messages related to Burnout Breakthrough enrollment, course access, support, and, only when separately consented to, promotional communications.
We may use an automated texting platform. Text messages will be sent only after you take an affirmative opt-in action for the relevant category. Providing a mobile number by itself does not enroll you in SMS.
2. Separate Message Categories
Enrollment and course-access messages
If you opt in to this category, you may receive transactional or informational messages connected to enrollment or access. Messages may include enrollment confirmation, access instructions, notices about materials, and other messages needed to deliver or support the Workshop.
Promotional messages
Promotional texts are sent only after you separately provide affirmative written consent. They may include information about Burnout Breakthrough, educational offerings, availability, and offers.
Consent for promotional messages is separate from consent for enrollment and course-access messages. Promotional consent is not required to purchase, enroll in, access, or participate in Burnout Breakthrough.
3. How to Opt In
Where SMS is offered, the relevant form will identify the message category and provide a clear affirmative way to opt in. An opt-in may include selecting an unchecked consent box and submitting the form or initiating a text-message opt-in through a clearly presented keyword or other method.
The point-of-collection disclosure will identify Colibri Magic and Burnout Breakthrough, describe the category, state that message frequency varies, disclose that message and data rates may apply, explain how to obtain help and opt out, and link to the Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms.
You may opt in only for a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.
4. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
You are not required to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing Burnout Breakthrough. You may decline SMS, withdraw consent, or select only one message category without affecting a completed purchase or non-SMS course access.
5. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. The number and timing of messages depend on the category selected, enrollment status, interaction with the Workshop, and whether you separately elected promotional texts.
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
6. Opting Out
You can cancel messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from the SMS program. We also recognize clear standard requests such as QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE. You may also email [email protected] to withdraw consent.
After an opt-out request, we may send one non-promotional confirmation that the request has been processed. No further consent-based messages will be sent after the opt-out is processed, except as permitted by law.
If more than one sending number or campaign is used, reply STOP to each applicable sender or email us to request broader removal. We will honor a clear request to stop messages through reasonable means.

8. Eligibility and Delivery Limitations
The SMS program is intended for adults in the United States who are authorized users of the mobile number provided. It is not intended for emergency, safety-critical, or time-sensitive communications.
Delivery depends on your wireless service, device settings, network coverage, routing, filtering, and technical compatibility. The program may not be available on every carrier, device, plan, location, or messaging application. Delivery may be delayed, blocked, or fail and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy and Mobile Information
We use mobile numbers and consent records to operate the SMS program, honor communication choices, prevent misuse, provide support, and meet legal or carrier requirements.
Mobile information, including mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to messaging providers, telecommunications providers, and other service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, or comply with legal obligations for the program.
We do not use rented, purchased, or shared opt-in lists to send text messages. Our Privacy Policy explains our other information practices.
10. Program Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or end all or part of the SMS program when reasonably necessary. Updated SMS Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. When a change materially affects consent, message purpose, or your rights, we will provide notice or obtain new consent when required.
A revision will not convert consent for enrollment and course-access messages into consent for promotional messages.
We may end participation to protect the program, comply with law or carrier requirements, address suspected misuse, or discontinue the program. Ending SMS participation does not cancel a Workshop purchase or change non-SMS access rights.
